Why we're building this

In Intuit QuickBooks' 2026 survey of US small-business owners, 59% said they had invoices more than 30 days overdue, and those waiting were owed $17.7K on average. (source)

Chasing is awkward and easy to put off, and one-way reminder emails are easy to ignore. We think a polite, persistent assistant that can actually hold the conversation will get more invoices paid.

What it will do

• Watch your open invoices and follow up on a schedule you set
• Write personalized reminders with one-click payment links
• Read replies ("never received it", "can we split it?") and respond within your rules
• Send real disputes to you with a short summary
• Send you a weekly digest: what's due, what came in, who's slipping

Planned: QuickBooks Online first, then Xero and Stripe. Business-to-business invoices only. AutoAR is your billing assistant. It is not a collection agency.
